FAQ
How many images do you deliver?
The number of pictures varies by time booked, number of guests, and other factors. I can't promise an exact amount of images, however, in general I deliver between 400-600 images. I would never ask clients to pay extra for more pictures than that.
Will you Photoshop us?
I will always remove pimples and obvious things (like Exit signs) but I don't shape-shift bodies and silhouettes or remove "not desirable" people from pictures.
What is your process for booking and payments?
Once availability of your wedding date is confirmed, there is a non-refundable deposit of $450USD to reserve the date. This amount goes towards the grand total, and the balance can be paid at your own pace. All balances are required to be paid in full one week prior to the event date. For your convenience, I accept PayPal and Zelle.
Can we re-schedule our wedding day?
Life happens. If I do not already have a prior booking on the desired day, we can totally reschedule without any new fees and honoring your deposit.
What is your turnaround time?
I typically take 3 to 4 weeks to return your photos. I ask for patience since I want to give time and love to every single image in your gallery.
Are my wedding pictures safe with you?
I learned from experienced photographers and we have heard horrible stories. They taught me to hold on to those memory cards as though my life depended on them. I make several backups at home and online. Trust me, your files will be safe under my watch.
Can you send us the RAW files?
I don't share raw files with clients. If you think I missed an image, I’m more than happy to go over your negatives and edit it for you.
What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?
If I get really sick or injured I will let you know as soon as possible and I will send a replacement (that understands my style) so you don't worry about finding someone new.
Do you have travel expenses?
I will only charge travel fees if the event or session is outside Harris or Montgomery county.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You can totally print on your own but if you want professional materials and finishes I know just the place and I can order them for you.
Is it just you or someone else helps?
I will always shoot the weddings I am hired for, however, sometimes I will have an assistant and/or a second shooter. It doesn't matter how talented a photographer is, it's always nice to have another angle on everything that's happening. I can add a second shooter for $75/hr.
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
I haven't had the chance to photograph a same-sex wedding just yet but I'm looking forward to that day. 🏳️🌈
