FAQ
We’re ready! How do we secure our date?
Once availability of your wedding date is confirmed, there is a non-refundable deposit of $450USD to reserve the date. This amount deducts from the grand total. All balances are required to be paid in full at least one week prior to the wedding date. For your convenience, I accept most payment methods including Check, PayPal and Zelle.
How many images do you deliver?
The number of photos varies depending on the type of session or event, the amount of coverage, number of guests, and other factors. While I can’t guarantee an exact number, a good rule of thumb is around 50-75 images per hour of coverage.
Do you Photoshop all images?
I lightly retouch every gallery, that includes removing temporary blemishes and distracting objects when needed. However, I don’t drastically alter body shapes or edit out people from every photo.
Can we re-schedule our wedding day?
While I reserve the right to reschedule any event or session, I understand that life happens, and I will always try to be flexible. Reasonably if I’m available on your new date, and I haven’t turned away another booking for it, we can absolutely reschedule with no extra fees, and your deposit will still apply.
What is your turnaround time?
I usually deliver the full gallery within 4 to 8 weeks. I really appreciate your patience since I put a lot of care into every single image. Meanwhile, you can expect a preview within the first 7 days after your wedding or event (5-10 photos) to get a a sneak peek of what’s coming.
Are my wedding pictures safe with you?
Absolutely. I’ve heard some horror stories regarding lost memory cards. I learned from experienced photographers who drilled into me the importance of protecting someone else's memories. From the moment I finish shooting, I treat your files with extreme care: I back up everything in multiple locations, both at home and online. Trust me, your files will be safe under my watch.
Can you send us the RAW files?
I don’t deliver RAW files, as they’re an unfinished product and not a true reflection of my work. However, if you think I missed an image, I’m more than happy to go over your negatives and edit it for you.
What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?
If I were ever seriously ill or injured and couldn’t be there, I would let you know right away and make sure a trusted replacement steps in (someone whose work and style align with mine). You won’t be left scrambling to find someone last minute. Your day will be covered, and your memories will be in good hands.
Do you charge travel fees?
I only charge travel fees if the event or session is located more than 25 miles from my home (The Woodlands, 77382). If you think your location is beyond that range, I’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.
Will you be the one photographing our wedding?
I personally shoot every wedding I’m hired for. No subcontractors here! Sometimes, I bring along a handy assistant or a second shooter. A second shooter is an additional photographer, and they are fantastic for providing extra coverage, getting more angles and details. If you’d like, I can add a second shooter for $100/hr to any event.
Do I have to order my prints through you?
Not necessarily. You’re welcome to print your photos on your own. All pictures come with a print release, so you have full permission to print wherever you like. But if you're looking for high-quality prints and professional finishes, I’ve got you covered! I can help you design and order prints through a trusted lab and have them delivered straight to your door.
